Not only did my SIL's plate come long after the rest of ours, it was nothing but plain pasta and a few bits of broccoli! No sauce, nothing! Then when the bill came, we were charged $13.99 (full price) for it! Ditto for me - I asked for no meat (I'm the vegetarian) on my Rumba, still got charged full price. Every little thing just couldn't seem to be done right or in any timely manner. My sister-in-law has dietary restrictions due to surgery, and can't handle garlic - our waitress seemed genuinely dumbfounded and finally suggested the Tuxedo Chicken. She didn't bring the cream my Dad asked for in his tea (and never apologized when another waiter brought it), was confused by the question, "Do you have any vegetarian options?" She fussed about that and acted quite annoyed at the question. I am almost 50 years old, waitressed my way through college, and the service we got from our waitress that evening was the worst I have ever had in my entire life - it was just one thing after another.
My family and I (total 4 adults) went here for dinner a couple of weeks ago based on the rankings in TripAdvisor.
